This hotel delivers a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, just minutes away from plenty of shopping and the Coliseum. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay enjoyable. My room was clean, featuring a comfortable bed and a Keurig coffee maker. Don’t miss the great bar and complimentary water bottles!

I had a great time at this hotel with its close proximity to the Hampton Coliseum and just a short walk to Air Power Park, making my weekend strolls easily memorable and enjoyable. The staff was very nice, and the room was clean and comfy, perfect for a leisure traveler like me who enjoys city walking and discovering local landmarks.

I really enjoyed the indoor pool during my stay. It provided a fun distraction for the kids and was clean. The location worked out well for visiting family and nearby restaurants. However, I faced some challenges at check-in. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and it took longer than expected to check in. I didn’t get the room I booked on the Hilton app. Instead, I was placed in a smaller room close to the lobby, which wasn’t ideal. There were also loud noises from a large group of bikers nearby that kept us up at night. The communication from the front desk wasn’t great, which added to the frustration during my stay. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, the issues with check-in and noise affected my experience significantly.

Breakfast can be a letdown—charging $15 for omelets and extra for pancakes sounds off-kilter when other venues offer complimentary options. A bit more firmness in the bed would improve comfort as well. it's in that awkward zone of being just okay. The parking situation isn't ideal either, often feeling cramped and limited, which can be a hassle after a long journey.

Couple's Escape, Great Location & Friendly Staff

The staff was super friendly, helping me out when I wanted some buffalo wings well done, and they were cooked perfectly. The hotel is in a great location, right around all kinds of shopping and restaurants, which made it easy to grab what we needed.

It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got in terms of the stay.

my stay at hilton garden was great! the hotel is in a fantastic location close to huntington park and plenty of restaurants. i loved the indoor pool, and the staff was super friendly throughout my visit. they had the best buffalo wings too, perfectly cooked! overall, it felt like a welcoming atmosphere.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a welcoming bar area, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a city trip!
